I have one of the dreaded Norinco "sporter" rifles with the nasty thumbhole stock. I've sanded it down, stained and put a satin finish on it. It still doesn't look that good, but at least the stock doesn't look like it was dipped in baby puke like when I got it.
It's a 16" barrel, and takes AK-47 mags from the factory. I know what I paid for it, becuase it was too much..it was my first "black rifle" a few years ago.
As always nowadays, I need money to finance AR projects. What's this baby worth, with at least 3 30 rounders, not one but 2 ATI stocks (the Druganov style, and the pinned folder), and a scope mount receiver cover? Any help will be appreciated...it's headed over to the EE if I can get enough for it to make it worthwile.
It functions flawlessly, btw.
