I could be wrong, but I don't think Fulton Armory started making their own lowers until well after the 1994 SAW ban.  Therefore, there is no such thing as a pre-ban Fulton lower...

I think Frankford Arsenal was a U.S. ammunition manufacturing plant near Philadelphia.  I don't know when they shut down, but maybe that rifle was a test rifle of theirs.  That would explain why it says Olympic and Frankford on it...

Apparently, Olympic made it for Frankford Arsenal, and they assembled it.  Since Frankford Arsenal closed in '87, they're all pre-bans.
