Just wondering some things: My dad bought this pistol for himself, and it came with two 10 round mags. I got him a couple of 10 round Cougar mags (the full size ones) and the little spacer that goes over the end of the mag, making the grip full size. Questions:

1) When did this pistol come out? (pre/post '94 ban)

2) if it came out before the ban, where the hell are all the factory standard (15) cap mags?
