Would it be legal to put a mag ext. and pistol grip butt stock on a post ban shotgun. I want one for IPSC matches and because they look cool.

Yes - under Federal Law you can put
anything you want on a PUMP action shotgun
(Well don't count grenade launchers LOL )

NY law is basicly the same in this case also.
I don't know about other states however.
