Can't find that much on theGoogle about them. The closed years ago...A guy offered to sell me one for $20...

Never have reloaded and I thought it might be a cheap and easy way to get into it...

Don't know what model it is...

I have never used one.  But these are apparently rather sought after shotgun loaders.  Very durable and effective.  The final model produced by Pacific Tool was the DL-366, which continues to be produced to this day by Hornady as the Hornady 366 Shotshell press.

Make sure it accepts standard shell holders, if it does buy it on the spot. If for no other reason to get started, you can always relegate the press to depriming duties if you ever want to upgrade.

Hornady Manufactuing bough them out in the early '80.

Should use standard dies, mine does; Hornady called it 007 press.

Realy good, use mine to this day.

Thanks...I guess the guy has been using for handgun reloads and has another press for rifle...Gonna try to check them out this week...

Don't know that much about reloading, but have access to RCBS and Hornady, so I just wanted to make sure I'm not buying something I wont be able to buy parts for...

Anything I should make sure it has before I buy it?

I was given one, and its ALL ive ever used now. Works great and a very strong press. Mount it well and it will last you forever.

I have a pacific C-press my dad bought me in 1964. Uses standard shell holders and is still tight and smooth. Easier to use then a O-type, handy for a person with big paws.

I have one and use it for all my bigger rifle stuff I don't run through the Dillon.  Excellent press.  I can easily resize 300win mag and 45-70 with it.  What more do you need?  I also like it because it's open in the middle.

Pacific made 2 presses, a C frame (open) , and an O frame (closed).

Both use standard dies, the 007 press is the O frame model, which I have.

Very good press, well made and strong. Use it for all my heavy work.

Largest is 300 Win Mag. so not an all out kownledge on H D stuff.

Paid around $125.00 in mid 80's, so $20.00 is a bargin, buy and enjoy.

There was a very early "c" press that was curved and the word Pacific was cast into the side of the c web.  I don't recall the original color.  Then there was a "Sandard' C press where the "c" was kind of squared off.  There was a "Deluxe" c press where the front of the c was flared like the hood of a cobra snake.  There was the mighty "Super Mag" compound top connected linkage with three rams (and I have one I found at a gun show and paid plenty for some years back).  These were all originally painted blue.  These are all fine presses.  Near the end of the Pacific Tool and Gunsight Company, they may have made some "o" presses.  All the Pacific stuff was good and $20 is a great price if the press is in even ok condition, is all there and takes standard shellholders.  I am glad I am not buying new stuff today.  Prices have really gone up in the last 5 years for new.
