Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - PTR SERIAL NUMBERS

Does anybody know the beginning and ending serial numbers of the PTR-91 that had problems?  I believe it was either with the trunion or with the flutes.  All I know is it was with early models.  Thanks!!!

*from what i have read* i believe flutes problem was between AW2500 and AW8000

soft trunions were in the A-series rifles made by JLD. not sure what the serial number range was, but it was the earlier production models

I asked PTR about this a while back.  They told me that the soft trunion issue issue only affected very low A-series serial numbers up to about A0200.
