I finally got my PS90 a couple of months ago.  I stuck an RMR on it, but it sits a little too high for my tastes.  I'm not married to the optic, it was just what I had lying around.  Before I spend the money on the lower RMR mount, I would like to know what others are using.

Leupold Delta Point.  If you find a lower mount option, I'd be interesting in seeing the setup. Without going with an aftermarket receiver like Thompson Machine makes, it's tough.

I'm running an Aimpoint M3 on a TROS mount.

Damage Industries low rail with an EOTech XPS2.

It sits a little high but it is the only optic I've tried that I liked enough to keep on it. I found both of the factory optics to be too low and too narrow of FOV, I found the factory CMore MRD sight to be too far forward and again too low for my tastes, I tried a TROS Mini ACOG mount and while I liked the height, I still wanted a larger FOV.

I've been thinking of getting a TROS 30mm Aimpoint mount and trying that route... I dunno. Every time I put a different optic on this thing it never feels "right". I either get the height I like but too small of a FOV, or I get the FOV I like but it sits too high. I like the platform but the non-tri rail is a total football bat of a soup sandwich when it comes to optics.

I used an XPS EOtech for years.  But, I previously had two PS90s. I sold that one and kept the one with the black ringed factory optic.

I like the grab and go factor - no batteries. And, the smaller profile. When you start strapping big 2 cell lights and big optics to the gun, it's no longer slim and small IMHO.

Here is a pic of the two before I sold one of them:

When I used one of the Promoted Pawn low mount rails, my Aimpoint set WAY too high, the TROS mount only drops it around 3/8" over the Promoted Pawn rail but that is enough to make it feel "Right".

Plus, even though I love the Aimpoint T-1 I have on my duty AR I felt that it didn't "look right" on the PS90. The M3 looks like it belongs

Thanks for the replies.  I think I will try the lower mount for the RMR first.

I bought my PS90 with the FN/C-More STS red dot sight. It's very compact and the 'auto' setting does a good job adjusting to the brightness of your condidtions. It sits nice and low and C-More provides the mount for it that fits perfect.

I use the USG black sight that came with mine.  Modded with a REM 3TB.  Functional with no battery use unless low light/dark conditions.

The rail that came with mine looks significantly higher than most of the others pictured.

THAT is because that is a factory rail. You need to look at the aftermarket to get lower.

aimpoint H1... arms mount... sits just fine, sighted in just fine... good for the ranges you'd expect to you it.

I use the FN green dot.  Green catches my eye, my ACOG on my AR is green also.

Removed the factory sight and replaced it with a Halo triple rail.
Added an Aimpoint 5000 on top.

Great combo.

I use the green ring sight with a rem t3b.  Besides the narrow field of view, it checks all of the other boxes for me.

Black reticle. Also have a TROS low profile Aimpoint available, but like the OE Black better.
