I've always thought these were neat guns, but the few I've handled have had a trigger from hell. Otherwise, they're cheap, feel good in the hand and point well.

Can I do anything to remedy the horrendous trigger pull? Any polishing or trimming?

I polished up the contact surfaces a bit and then tried a lighter hammer spring.  Pretty sure it came from Wolff. But you have to be careful –– hammer spring also controls the mag release.

I had one spring that was pretty light and the pistol always went BANG !   But every now and then the recoil would release the mag –– not good  ! !

Gonna be pretty much trial-and-error on a lighter spring . . . .

I had a P-64 in the past and helped the trigger pull by replacing the stock springs.

I think I got my info for spring replacements from http://p64.proboards.com/index.cgi

I thought the stock trigger on my friend's p64 was pretty nice.  It has a somewhat stiff pull but its smooth.  My P-11 is much worse.

A Wolff spring kit is the way to go to lighten it up.
