Looks really dark. Probably just the lighting

Good thing I guess about weak handguards is that you can bend them back into place so they work.
I'm going to run the MI extended handguard till it breaks. Again..
Added a new paint scheme while I was at it and cover all those key hole that allow sand, dit, debris, grass and mouse nests to invade the interior of your rifle.
I simply added heat tape on the inside to cover the holes.

Looks good... I will say letting mud and sand into the trigger linkage is a bad idea... Learned from experience.... Don't matter if it is a ak, aug, Tavor, or ar it will down any gun... Expecally in a emergency.... Good old Murphy... Like the mod.... I was thinking of molding some kydex into the inside of mine as well...

Yeah, I'm really disappointed in this rail. I don't know if you saw my other thread where I posted videos and shit. I don't hold anything back and tell it how I feel.
I was just going to trash it and put a manicore or the original back on, but it would be more fun just to break it naturally.

Still need a manticore buttpad and an ejection port cover. Maybe a different optic and a new trigger. I'm missing the reset spring and pin so I need to find one of those too. Love this thing already.

I've got something I can contribute, for a change.

I've since added a BCM VFG, and a TLR long gun kit light (had to move it off the top of the MI rail due to spacing), but havent' gotten a chance to get some pictures since then.  Oh yeah, and a sling.

The buttpad makes a HUGE difference.

Why'd you extend your rail covers forward like that?  Never seen any set up that way.

Why are some mounting red dots so far forward?  What is the advantage/disadvantage?

Pics coming soon of my Tavor with the MRO mounted.  Btw, the MRO crapped out after about 40 rounds.  Mine was an early production unit and this was the first time I'd actually shot it.  Not impressed.

Review

Depending on the ammo I've shot a 1" group, does that mean it's a 1" gun, nope it's a 2" gun all day long though.

My 5.11 Slingle Sling Messenger Bag

When worn, you can pull a tab and bring it up front and then deploy the gun. The bag acts as a sling for the gun too. I modified it with a blackhawk detachable buckle.

How it is worn on your back.

When it is flipped to the front and deployed.

Nice setup, I'd like to do the same with my P90 SBR but WI says no loaded rifles during transport

I did make a backpack bag for my MPX but made sure the foam insert design didn't allow for it to be loaded so if I ever got hassled by the man they couldn't accuse me of being in violation of the law.

I had a Trijicon Accupoint on my AR15, but when I switched it out for a Vortex SPARC AR, I decided to put the Accupoint on the Tavor. Haven't taken it to the range in that setup yet though, so we'll see.

I take it WI law treats an loaded mag inserted in the mag well and a empty chamber as a loaded firearm.

The beard might!  The Velcro is there to stop the ejecting brass from dinging up the stock.
