I posted this is in GD, but was hoping I would run into a 22 "expert" here...

The rifle is said to be 50 or 60 years old and out of production. A buddy of mine's dad would like to restore this particular rifle for his grandson, but is having a difficult time finding parts for it...much less information.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?? a website that could provide general information and/or parts pricing?

Thanks for any and all help.

(I googled it to no avail)

I like old Mossbergs and I remembered this site when I was looking for parts.
www.havlinsales.com/22rifle.htm
Go half way down the page and you will see the 151K listed with parts -- I have no idea if they are all still available but you can try to contact them about what you need.

I hope this helps.

thank you, it did. Between them and Numrich Gun Parts, he should have no problem finding what he needs.

thanks again for the reply.

My first rifle was a Mossberg .22 that I got when I was 11 years old (37 years ago!) and I still have it.

You might want to check out this site for Mossberg parts:
