SA11010457 SPL 8 65 MD50 are the markings. PM is the Initials.
Cal is 7.62MM
I do not have a license to kill, but I do have a learner's permit.
Ammo's? We don't need no steenking ammo's!!!!!!

What I'm intersted in is the SPL 8 in the line. I was told that this was from a special run of BBLs that were selected for their accuracy.
I'm just trying to run down the BBL info if I can. Maybe Clancy can chip in, he's a Garand Fool. [In a GOOD way!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lets see, the first number is the drawing number. 8 65 is the date of manufacure, and it is chambered in 7.62 nato. It appears to be a navy contract barrel
