Where can I get & is it possible to put NM sights on my norinco m14?

USGI sights (NM too) will bolt onto the Norinco in place of the standard rears.

As to where to find a Norinco these days...  Gun Broker, M-14 firing line forums, the Fabulous E.E. of AFRCOM are some starting places to look

They come up on the EE here from time to time. You can do all the NM mods to a Chinese M14.
I've got a trigger job and shimmed gas cylinder on my Poly Tech. It's a good shooter.
