What's your newest C&R?

Mines a Yugo M59/66 SKS that the log book says was made in 1986.  These are still being produced but only ones made before 1993 are C&R.<G>

Been a while for me. The last buys for me were through the CMP. 4-Garands, a 1903 and a 1903A3. I wish I had the $ for another each of the 1903 Springfields.

Over the last 2 years I picked up 2 each of most of what popped up for sale. K31s, SKS, Enfields, Mausers, etc...

I got at least 6 of the various Mosin-Nagants. Can't even remember what types.

I bought 2 6.5mm Carcanos. One in barely OK condition and the second spent the last 40 years in a mud pile somewhere. Just don't understand why I like them so much. I shot a friends rifle one time and ever since I wanted one of my own.

One of my absolute favorite buys was a Systema 1911. I wish I had picked up 2 more of them when they were available. Maybe we'll see some other 1911 surplus pistols soon.

I think it has been about 6months since my last buy. I think it was a M-59 Yugo from Samco in excellent condition. Since then I have been focusing on modern firearms since the sunset.

If something nice came along I'd pick it up or if we see some decent imports. I could go for another M1 carbine or 1911a1.Don't really need anything else in that department outside of the wish list of g-43's and a few others.

I've been shooting my M-59 Yugo.

I think it was a "new" parts gun that was force matched.  Pretty neat little rifle.

SA Garand, Service grade and a real tacak driver.  Looks unused except for some carving in the stock.

I still have an M48 in the gun locker which I bought last December but still haven't put a roudn through.

Within the last 7 weeks I took delivery of 2 HRA M1 Garands from the CMP - one apparently unissued as it's perfect inside and out, but in a unfinished stock. And during a trip to AZ I picked up a Hakim with a still shiny bore and good wood, and a Colt Woodsman.

3 K-31s during AIMs scratch and dent sale. I also sent the paperwork in to the CMP for a woodless Dane a few days ago.

I guess it would be my '03 Springfield that I got from the CMP.

One of the "US Property" Savage Enfield #4 Mk 1.

All "S" marked parts, nice stock, and more finish than I expected.

Shoots great too.

BYF 1944 P-38 from Germansales.com. It was $400 and I love it. My dad bought a AC 1944 also.

Remington 1903A3 from the CMP last November.

Need to get another, that's too long.

Cabelas in KC.
No import marks and it's Privatized.
I'm guessing some old Swiss dude brought it when he immigrated.
Date of manufacture is 1918.

Good catch, and a good reminder...I've seen a lot of interesting used guns at Cabelas.  My last is a CMP Greek rack grade M1 Garand-this January.
