I just picked this up for around $170, according to the serial # it is from 1974, don't know much about 10-22s but is in nice shape and is a good shooter. I ordered a 4x Leupold for it, should make a nice classic rig.
Thought I would share.

Sounds like you will be creating a nice, simple plinker.
I'd like to see pics with the scope mounted if you wouldn't mind.

As soon as it shows up and I get it mounted I will. The wait is killing me. I like to give the local gun shop my business as they give a public safety discount, but they are slow.
