Hi Everyone,
We're Industry Partners here at AR15.com and realized that we should probably introduce some of our sewn products to everyone.
So, here is our new D-Belt tactical belt. It's meant for everyday wear, yet it holds up to some serious loading. It is different from everything on the market in several key design areas.
This is a 3-layer belt, yet measures under 1/8" thick. It has two layers of mil-spec webbing sandwiching a poly liner. The belts we've worn always seemed to either poke out in the small of your back and catch chairs, or worse yet - poke in and rub your back raw.
The poly on this belt is cut in a special "D" shape so it won't do any of that, plus it feels broken in the first day you wear it. Also, the tongue has stitched "speed bumps" so you can take your pants on/off without unlacing the buckle. The tongue is angle cut so your hand and jackets won't catch on the tip.
Here are the main features, pictures are below.
- Specially contoured D-Belt poly liner stiffens the belt vertically
- Perfect for concealed carry use, PDA's, cell phones, knives, Leathermans, etc.
- Mil-Spec webbing throughout
- Lined for comfort
- Genuine Bourdon Forge buckle, black
- 100% Made in USA
- Coyote Brown, Foliage Green, or Black
- Available in 5 stock sizes, see website for details. (Click here to go direct to the D-Belt page on CrossTac)
Here is how comfortable this belt is at the small of your back:
This is why:
It flexes with your body (doesn't cut into your sides)
Yet it is vertically very stiff:
Speed bumps and angle cuts on tongue:
