I have located a preban bushmaster it is a XM15-E2S it is an A2 upper 20" barrel. It is N.I.B unfired purchased new in 1993. What is a fair price for this rifle?

I wouldn't pay more than $1500.  Make sure that serial number is under 63000.

edited to add:  Unless you intend to keep it unfired - then it would be worth more.  If you are going to fire it there is no real reason to pay more for a NIB preban (in my opinion)...  I picked mine up used for $1250 or so.

All the NIB Bushmasters I've seen have been in $1700-2000 range in all configurations.
