Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help w/ dissassembly of M-16

I built a legal postban upper out of my M-16A2 kit, and am trying to finish (paint) it tonight.  I got the ejection port door off, but don't know how to get the rest of the upper apart.  Can someone tell me how to get the rear sight assembly off, the forward assist out, and the gas rod out?  Or a link to a page that tells how would be fine.  Thanks guys.

Hopefully you have a set of roll pin punches so you don't bugger up the roll pins you need to reuse or slip off the pin and bugger the receiver. . . . .
