L0431##, from Bushmaster, AR 15 Target, 20" HB. Is it pre or postban? Or is there any website to check....Thanks in advance. BTW, he wants $1,250.00. Look very clean, shoot little.

Probably $1,400 to 1,700 more or less.
This what I've seen here and at Gunbroker.
16" and M4 are going for $1,500 to 2,000.

if you do the deal, you might also email B/M on the production date (B/M will email you back) as that's a handy piece of information to have on hand should you decide to sell.

Call Bushmaster and make sure left the factory as a complete rifle before you buy, the will also send you a letter verifying this.

Sounds like a good price, I got my BM preban 16" for $1200, the guy wanted $1500 but I got him down $300, I thought It was a good deal.

Thanks, my brothers!! It is at a pawn shop where I live. I will do as you guys suggested on Monday by calling and e-mailing.

I assume it costs a little more if it's a complete rifle, instead of different upper, correct?

Its only considered preban by the ATF if it was sold as a complete rifle before the ban.

If it was sold as a lower only, then it is considered post ban, even with a preban serial #

If you care about that kinda crap.

Hopefully it will still be there monday, if your serious you might see if the guy will hold on to it for you if you give him a small deposit.

Called Bushmaster this AM concerning about the rifle. It is a pre-ban made in 1993, sold as a complete rifle. 20" National Match HBar, 1/9 twist, flash hider and bayo lug. Bought it for $1,200.00.

Good for you mojo !!! welcome to the preban Bushy club !! One of mine started life as a 20" A2 also, the other was the 11.5" carbine. They are great rifles hope you like it. Now go shoot !!!

Thanks, bud. Just finished cleaning the rifle. Seems like there were very little shooting through it.
