If you want to neck size get a Lee Collet die, inexpensive and produces very concentric ammo.  Will neck sizing be the best for your new toy?  Maybe, Maybe not, only trial and error will answer that one for you.  Neck sizing will increase brass life though.

You can do both, full length and neck size and that is what I generally recommend.

Redding makes nice dies called S Dies that are a full-length sizing die and take a bushing.

I'm liking the Lee Collet die as well, for a stock gun it keeps it simple. Their FL dies work well also, but I find Lee's seater dies to be lacking due to the lack of support for the case and bullet prior to seating.
