I just installed a hooded NM hooded sight. There a notch and I know about the half minute for 180 degrees, but which position is it? Does the notch indicate 0.5MOA higher or lower when in the up position? I would kinda like to know before I resight the gun.

Notch up = 1/2 MoA up.
