Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - NCSA, LTD UPDATE Oklahoma

Folks,
      Initial contact has been made today in Oklahoma at Camp Gruber National Guard faciity. The folks in charge were pleased to talk with us and at this time we have a thumbs up to start the process for holding a .50 cal event at thier facility. BTW, I believe this is the first civilian event ever held there as well according to range control. We will continue to promote the shooting sports with actions not just words while we can!

The North Coast shooters Association, Ltd will work our way westward, sooner or later we will make it to CA. We have already had contact with the California D.O.J. and have gotten the groundwork laid for the requirements to host .50 cal events there as well, it will just take time to work our way out to the pacific!

Nick,
I heard you're running for Pres of the FCSA? I hope you win and if you do let me know and I will renew my membership. If Dave (nmmi9100) is running for office and gets in and truely works for changes he talks about... It will be a step in the right direction and work to make things better. That and get the stigma of the good old boy attitude out of the FCSA.
