AAC SDN-6. I have the mounts on my 556, 556 SBR, M400, 516, 716 and Blaser. I took the 556 SBR in for a little photo shoot.

Nice.

No issues removing your gas system parts with the 51T on there?

I don't think you can totally remove the assembly for cleaning, had my m4-2000 on my sbr for a little while but switched my mount over to a different gun.  The gas system makes for a loud gun when suppressed,  not too terrible but my friends complained it rang their ears too much.

I have no problem removing the gas plu and piston assembly, but I don't usually remove the gas tube for cleaning. Not much need to really. I just run a dry brush through it and then wrap some large cleaning patches around the brush to wipe out the powder residue. I have to remove the handguards on it to take the gas tube out and I'd rather not take them off any more than necessary.

On my 556 SWAT I was able to easily get my gas tube out around the factory 18 tooth mount though.

Nice, is it a 7.62mm one or 5.56mm?

It's 7.62mm but I plan on getting an M4-2000 eventually. I went with the SDN-6 first just incase for some reason I can't get any more I can use this on all my .308 and .223 rifles. A .300 Blackout upper may be in my future too.

Do it!

I was shooting my SDN-6 on my 300 BLK upper at an indoor range about a month ago.  Some older lady who was shooting with her husband asked me what I was shooting because "It's really quiet.  It doesn't sound like a rifle, but I can see that it is."

I'm glad you got your can! My paperwork showed up about a month ago. Fyi, if you shoot too fast on an sbr the cheap black paint will start to burn off. The m1a is happy tho lol

Thanks for the info. I have seen pics of many with the paint cooked off. I was planning to be careful.

Glad to hear about your can. How long did it take for you stamp to come in?

Thanks. I think it will look even better on my Blaser.
