Mosin Nagant M91/30

I'm going to pick up an M91/30 here soon. Where should I be looking? I obviously want the best of all worlds for the best price, but bore and matching numbers are most important. Any suggestions?

Aimsurplus.com has some good prices, although they're all CIA imports with the import stamp on the side of the receiver. $69.95 for a rearsenaled 91/30 isn't bad at all....

I got my 91/30 from AIM, it was exactly as described.
They are good people, and have a pretty much hastle free method of ordering C&R firearms.
Decent prices as well.

Well, if you have a Big 5 Sporting Goods place, go there. They have the 91/30's in stock...got mine there. At least you can see what you are getting. They were on "sale" for $89.00 (normally 199 or something- go figure).

(If you don't know what Big 5 is, then I guess your state doesn't have any....)

think I'm gonna order another 91/30 from AIM (the $69.95 option) as soon as my 1911 comes in, just for the hell of it.

I got one better for you. In fact I just ordered 4! Cole Distributing has WW2 Issue Russian 91/30 7.62X54R cal for $59.95. They are arsenal refurbished to excellent condtion. They have all matching numbers with very good bores. They come with the bayonet, a sling, a cleaning kit, and an ammo pouch.

Yeah - you need a C&R. You can buy from Cole at 60 bucks and just have it sent to someone in your area with a license.

What's shipping like?

Shipping is 20 bucks on 1. But I ordered 4 and shipping was 23, so thats not bad. Also got some new FNM Swiss 7.5 X 55 SOFT POINT
