I'm putting a folding stock on it, and would like to shorten the barrel. Is there anyway to shorten the mag tube and forearm, would like around a 13 to 14 inch barrel.

unless you want to fill out some extra paperwork for the gov't I think a shotgun's barrel can't be less than 18".

Do you have the 6 or 8 shot model??

From memory I think you can get down to about 15" with the 6 shot.

It is possible to go shorter but it involves a lot of work cutting down the bbl and mag tube, Re-fitting the bbl retaining lug, and re-threading the mag tube.

It would be easier to buy a gun with the bbl retaining ring fitted further back (eg- 870) and cutting that down.
