Can you buy a M-24 from a vendor or do you have to put it together? Also what's the specs on the scope?

you can...and they are REALLY damn expensive.

the scope i do believe is a Leupold Mk4 M1 or M3 fixed 10x with mil-dot reticle.

Mine is a "real" M24 SWS,its caliber is just 7.62 NATO, U.S.Army did not get it in 300WM .

It's a long action right? The US Army specified that they wanted their M-24s with the long action if they decided to upgrade to the 300 WinMag Later. NICE RIFLE!!!!! I'm Jealous.

I've got to give a second on George Gardner.  I've got a buddy that has one of his rifles, and it is the most accurate thing I have ever seen; if I had not been at the range with him I would have called him a liar.
