Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - M-203 with 37mm barrel

First post on the AR-15 Forums. I used to belong to the old AR-15 List.

About 15 months back, there was a thread about companies that made 37mm flare launchers on M-203 recievers. Something about sleeving a 40mm barrel to 37mm made them legal. I'm thinking about buying one now.

Anyone have info? Is there more than one source? If so, could you post a URL?

I'm not interested in the $200+ 37mm knock offs that resemble the M-203.
