I have a spare gas piston, spring, and nut for a MSAR that I bought a couple of years ago when Dave was still at MSAR.  Are these kits still being sold cause I don't see them on Ratworx site?  Thanks in advance.

Have to call them and ask as they don't typically list their parts kits anymore on their website.  They used to sell a small parts kit and recently they were selling a larger armorer's kit that was pretty extensive.

Ratworx sells most spare parts, you'd have to call like Silent stated.

That being said, I'd take that stuff off your hands...my piston is messed up :(

Here are a couple of pics of the parts set.  Anyone know about how much these would cost?  Thanks in advance.

I bought an armor's kit today for $350 from Ratworx. It had 36 misc parts. I don't have it yet to tell you what is exactly in it. But it did have the regular and piston which I wanted for a spare.

IIRC gas piston $25, plug $25, spring $3(?)

I bet nobody will manufacture and sell a regulator as good as the MSAR part for $25.

Being they cost considerably more in time and labor to make than $25 I would agree...

I bought a gas piston from Ratrox a couple of mouths ago.  I asked at the time if they had the spring and regulator, they said they didn't.  I would like to have these pieces but don't want to spring for the armor's kit.

You can use the AUG gas piston set in your MSAR. It has 3 gas rings instead of 4. $120.00. You can also use the AUG semi firing pin and cocking piece.

Thanks for the info guys.  I was able to liquidate my remaining MSAR parts.  Pricing on the piston kit was holding me up so thanks again for the info.
