Looks like they made some fine adjustments that bring it up to par with the Ar15. I prefer chrome lined barrels and it appears they finally went through with it. What you guys think?

There`s a fellow on these boards that has one with the kit. I got to fondle and admire it but cant remember if I fired it. I shoulda asked. I did watch him fire it a whole lot.
I was impressed. Neat setup.
My only critic of the rifle is the bolt hold open or lack thereof. I know it will lock back on the last round but not to leave it open for inpection at the range.
I like the modular approach esp if it comes in 308.
Safety is FAL like and nice but the AR is also a sweet safety.

The bolt hold open is a small matter. Once you eject the mag you can push the bolt hold up with your finger through the mag well. It is easily seen/done for inspection

Follow the link and read the article. About halfway down is a paragraph titled equipment. It talks about one persons experience with the rifle at Thunder Ranch. You may or may not find it interesting.
