I bought a Russian M44 today for $85. It was made in '45 has the sickle and hammer on top, 1st variation of the bayonet but no sling.

I thought it was a decent deal but what do ya'll think. It is in pretty good shape, a few scratches but from '45, whata ya expect.

you can put marshmellows on the bayonet for a snack after a 20 shot string! the Mosin carbines arelouder than the ARs, get some Albanian ammo, best flash and report! My M38 and M44 are the most accurate with it, Polish is second.......Have fun! Good price too, thus batch of M44s are getting low so the price is climbing some, but more will be on the way.

$85 is a great deal, plus it's WWII dated
