 I just received my new M1 Garand stock from Midway ( what a nice piece !). I want to buy a butt plate, handguard clip and the metal piece that slides through the center of the forearm ? Any suggestions ? Links would be appreciated

You might want to check out Sportsmans Guide. They've got a really nice buttplate, screws, front and rear sling swivels for $39.95. I've bought a couple of sets in the past and they are in great shape.

Doug's Stock Pile.
He has parts in varius grades. I buy the cheaper stuff, clean it up, bead blast, and re-parkerize. Looks like new when I'm done. |
