I have an M1 Carbine hand guard that has "LWB" stamped into it. What manufacturer used this hand guard?

The Riesch book shows LW-B as a IBM mark.

Thanks! I have his book but couldn't find it. I looked again and found it on page 84.

Type II IBM handguard with two rivets.
