Hello,

New to M1A's.  Do M-14 stocks fit all Springfield M1A's (Socom)?

Short answer: Yes, a USGI M14 stock will fit a M1A SOCOM.  Some M1A receivers made in the 1970s and 1980s have a ridge on the bottom right hand side so those receivers sometimes don't fit perfectly in M14 type stocks.
