I have a postban M1A and I want to buy a M14E2 stock for it. But is it legal on a postban rifle?? I probably already know the answer but I have to ask anyway.

It depends on which M1A you have.Remember you can only have 2 evil features. The 20rd mag is one and unless you've got the scout M1A you've got a flash hider which makes 2 evil features. The scout and I think Kalifornia compliant M1A's have muzzle breaks.

If you've got the scout or Kalifornia then you could have the pistol grip stock. If not, then you're out of luck.Unless you took off your F/H and put on a muzzle break. Then you could have the pistol grip.

GreyGhost is almost right. In order to have a pistol grip on a post-ban M1A, that muzzle brake has to be permanently affixed. If it's just screwed on and is still removeable, you're not in compliance with the Slime Bill, since it still has a threaded muzzle that could accept a flash suppressor.
