My local gun store has two Remington mil-spec 700's with 5R barrel style available for sale. Only $898.00 each. Is this a good deal? The gun store is Loudoun Guns, INC in Leesburg VA.

That's about what I payed for mine here in Cali about 3 months ago. So you being in VA, I would say it's over priced
