Does anyone have one? I have two stocks I need to fit pads too but no jig and I'd really rather spend that $60 on something better.

I've thought about using the reverse end of the piece of stock I cut off but I'm not sure how effective that would be.

Does anyone have any experience in this?

Thanks

You can grind free hand with belt sander close. Cover stock with blue painters tape and one layer of regular masking tape and grind ,sand or file until just grind into blue.
Keep stock line straight and level. Or block sand down.

I can do it that way but I also use two different jigs both b-square and a swing jig.
