I just got my papers from BATFE for renewal but have decided not to renew. That is simply a checkbox on the form but it also says to include all records. Problem is, I have no records (w/the exception of an empty logbook). Not because I didn't keep them but because I did not participate in any C&R eligible transactions during the lifetime of my license.

Do I simply not send anything? A simple note stating why there are no records? What? Any advise would be appreciated, especially if this is something that you (or somebody that you know) has gone through.

- note: I am not renewing my 03 because I just got an 07.

03s do not send in paperwork. That is for the 01s etc.
Read a bit more, it will state that somewhere in your paperwork.

Its in REAL small print to the left of where you sign the form saying your not renewing.
