I recently acquired a Lee Pro 1000 and want to modify it to suit my needs.  What I'm looking to do is set up position 1 w/ the powder drop, Position 2 bullet feeder/seating, position 3 FCD.  I'd be decapping/re-sizing on a single stage and priming off press.  Essentially, I'm looking to mount the bullet feeder one position to the right.  Anyone sucessfully do this?

Yep, did the same thing. It has been a while back now since I went to the LoadMaster in order to get more turret positions. I am trying to jog my memory how I did it.
Due to Lee's crappy priming system, I decapped/sized all my pistol brass in one run thru the press. Then, I would hand prime. After that, the business began. My Pro1000 was only a 3-hole turret job, so I charged in station 1, placed a bullet by hand in station 2 and seated, then used the FCD in station 3. The way I did it, you could still use the case feeder.

You will need the Lee spacer/extension tube to raise the Pro Auto Disk over the other dies to prevent any interference with the powder drop mechanism.

ETA:
You won't get the bullet feeder in the system the way you want it to be, To use the FCD, you will have to place the bullet by hand unless you have a Pro1000 with the 4 turret set up.

If you want more processes done in a single stroke, you will have to upgrade to a press with more turret holes. I use a LoadMaster, but I should have gone Hornady at least. Dillon is the go to for more and better mechanizing the process.

After many years loading on a turret, I bought a Lee Pro1000.

Got it running and the priming system nearly made me set fire to the whole thing. No primer, powder got everywhere.

Took out the sizing die. All prep done on single stage, then hand primed. I then run the throught the Pro 1000. Works for me. I should have went Blue.

There are several mods one can do to the priming system to make it Much more reliable.  I can punch out ammo with minimal hassle on a pro 1000

I've got a pro 1000 set up similar to  what your looking for.  The primer system was a pain for me as well and I decided to bypass it.   I have it set up as station 1 power drop.  Station 2 Hornady bullet feeding die from the thread about the 28 dollar bullet feeder, then seat in stage 3.  Works great   super fast.     If you are using Lee dies I think you can seat and crimp with the same die, otherwise there is not enough holes for the FCD.
