I don't think it would be easy to manufacture all of the mounting hardware. Depending on whether it is a SBS or an AOW and depending on what your state allows you to own determines how you go about getting one.

I saw one at knob creek it was about 2500.00, they are very cool, and a SBR.

I understand it is a SBS. Since it appears to not really be worth the while. what is the easiest way to procure one, or one similar? it doesn't necessarily have to be a KAC.

I have never seen one outside of the KAC and the XM26, you might be able to do something with a serbu though I don't know how you would change it from a AOW to a SBS paperwork wise.

I think Serbu can register a Super-Shorty as an SBS at customer request.
There's also the Remington 870 MCS, if you can find one. |
