Does anyone know what parts are 922[r] compliant
from a JLD Factory Built PTR 91 K? A definate
"need to know" Prior to placing an H&K A3 Retractable
Buttstock, and H&K Wide Forearm on my PTR91 K.

Any insight is greatly appreciated, and Thank You!

There is no definite way to know before receiving the rifle, unless you
had prior knowledge from the distributer.

I had the same question before mine arrived, and it couldn't be answered.

The same US parts aren't used on every JLD build.

With a flash hider ,you will need 7 US parts.

As far as I know ,JLD always uses it's own receiver, trunnion, barrel,
and cocking handle.
That's 4.

Usually they use their own buttstock for the K models ,so that's 5.

If you have the tactical forearm ,it's US that's another.
The other 2 parts they use most commonly are the hammer and
They produce both US ,but what they use depends on the forearm used ,
and which parts are available.

Honestly ,the chances are high that you will have to add a US part if you have the wide forearm,
and because your replacing the stock , but 50/50 if you have the tactical forearm.

Sorry that's not what you wanted to hear.

Each production run of each model uses the parts they currently have the most of.

when I changed the stock on mine ,I had to add a US made flash hider from IGF.

Thank you for the info! It looks like I'll have to
dig up detailed info from JLD as to what was or was not
USA made on my particular rifle...
