I've got a new home and, after moving in and getting things situated, I've got little spare room. I posted here probably 6-8 months ago and got numerous suggestions in a general-duty safe. I've done my research and I've come to the conclusion that I want something small and compact, something that will hold 6-8 long guns and a handgun or two.

I don't want to overdo or overthink this. I've done my research and I understand the ins and outs of safe design. I need something small that will offer all of the protection of a Sturdy Safe or a Fort Knox Defender, but I need it in a SMALL package. So far, I've yet to find such a safe.

Any suggestions?

is a Sturdy Model 2419 too big?

you can't really fit long guns into a "small" safe.
