I am don't know what is on that model and you have some strange ass laws so Post this question on www.calguns.net as those guys can quote you the gun laws for that state and know what they are dealling with.........

TPS is a pump action shotgun with a rifle stock, and depending on configuration extended mag tube. The TPS also has a ported barrel if I remember right. So you most likely are good to go, but I'm not sure since even California LEOs can't understand the poorly written law.
