Like any good Tax Man (yes, I work for the Treasurer), I automatically drop superfluous zeros from my numbers.  Such as, if the tax bill is 0002583.37, I drop the zeros from the start.  Well, I did the same damn thing with my Form 1.  My serial number was 0023XX, and I filled out the form as having a serial number of 23XX.

Well, I did catch it when I was looking at a copy of the Form 1 I sent in.  So, I called W.VA and spoke to the examiner.  He's sending the Form 1 back for correction and having me send them directly back to him.

Still, it sucks.

Got the forms back yesterday, fixed the serial number, and sent it back.
