Can someone post pics on how to put them back on? The straps are the stretchy kind that have a pull-type tab. They are like the ones on the vest in the bottom pic in this thread:

Loop the bungee through the PALS webbing on the front top of the pouch(through one side of the PALS then the other)

Repeat for the back except tie it off to itself after you loop one side through
