I have many stamps but I have always done it the snail mail way.

So, I have a trust, I want to make a short barrel shotgun, is E-file a good way to go?

Is E-file currently up and working?

Yes, it has been active for a long while now...also there are plenty of forum topics debating paper vs efile

A main post just a few posts below yours...

Also posted in another forum almost the same question

At this point you can only E-File form 1. It seems to be a quicker process than mailing it in.

You are not able to efile as an individual...trust are the only way (although maybe a corporation can, too)

Trusts, corps, and LLCs can efile. Individuals can't.
