Anyone else using it?

405 gr SJSP
51 gr of 4320
Primer is 250

Oh and fuck the swage die. I crushed three lips out of forty. I need to stop being a brute.

My book says 55 grains is max load so I'm starting at 51

Shooting it in a Rossi Rio Grande. This rife loves 405 grain Winchester ammo I bought awhile back.

4320 is likely too slow to get high velocities out of your rifle, but if you want to burn a lot of powder, go for it.

I use H4198 or H322 in my 450 Marlin.   Powder choice depends on how mad I am at my shoulder.

I use IMR-4198 in my Marlin 45-70 also.

I have used IMR-4320 in my .223 AR (55gr Sierra HP .700" 5 shot group at 100 yards) and in my M39 Finn Mosin Nagant (150gr Hornady SP .312" dia. shot very near MOA) I got the powder in a package deal. I never heard of it before then. I guess its one of those good old school powders.

I got 4320 for $18 a 1lb bottle in a deal. It isn't ideal. I've been using it with 7mm mag and some plinking 300 win mag loads.

I am using it cuz I gots it. And it's a cross over powder.

Whoop! That's a stout load.  No pressure signs but it is a recoil heavy load.

Might have to do with how deep I had to seat the bullet to get it to feed in my lever gun.

Compressed a bit.
