Yugo SKS - fairly accurate, but I've never tried grouping with it.
-Can I use the same targets used to zero m16's, or will the different trajectory of the 7.62 x 39 matter?
-Do I need to buy a site adjustment tool, or can I use a nail/pliers/whatever?

Any helpful advice is more than welcome, thanks!

You'll probably find out everything you need to know about them in the AR15.Com SKS Forum:

Thanks, I'll take my question over there.

You need a sight tool.

All the adjustments are made to the front sight. Rasing the front post (threading out) will lower the POI. To adjust windage, the cross post section where the post threads in, is drifted in the the tower. To drift this post, you need the tools vise section.
