Put "in Illinois" at the end of your title.  I've found people respond faster to hometown guys

RKB3119, to the best of my knowledge, hi-caps are legal through out the entire state.

As of right now, high caps are legal in accordance with federal law. The state legislature has been pushing a similar California style ban on assault weapons, rifle mags over 10 rounds and pistol mags over 15 rounds in terms of possession, not just purchase. We may go Maoist pretty soon too I guess.

There may be some mag capacity issues w/ Chicago

The mags are legal in Chicago, but you can't own a gun.
