I'm stuck between the Ruger 10/22 Bull barrel

and the New Savage Mark II BTVS

I have both and both are great guns..  So pick one both are great guns.. or you could buy both .

If you want a target .22lr rifle, then get a Remington 513T or Anschutz or CZ452.
