Ive got a little money burning a hole in my pocket and am looking to upgrade from my ACH 2001 to a ops core fast helmet but cant decide between the High Cut or the maritime.  I'm not LE or Mil, but im a cool guy civilian and i like shooting at night with my PVS-14. I will also use peltor rail adapters to mound ear pro on the outside of the helmet.

Which is better and why?
Do pads and suspension need upgraded? I have Team Wendy Pads and Suspension system i can use from my current helmet.
A local Mil surplus store is selling a M/L Ops core Fast XP with multicam finish for $700, is this a good deal?
