Looking for the best/cheapest way to go to get a 51B.

I have a sear.

Should I:

Buy a 51B? ($$$) What are they now, $15 - 25 G's? :( :(
Convert my 91? :(
Buy/have a semi built? :|

Who builds/converts them?
Cost to build/convert?

I don't believe anyone is actively making 51B's at this time. You might try RDTS, or maybe TSC Machine, but I doubt you'll have any luck with either. You would probably be best served by placing a 'WTB' on the variuos boards for a Vollmer gun and see what surfaces.

I'm guessing $15K for a sear ready Vollmer 51B (only about 30 were made).

HK21E = $14,995.00

That's an insane amount of money for a semi-auto build...

I appreciate the input, guys. Thanks.

I may just end up gettin' a Vector 51, and slapping my sear in it.

(...however, TSC's G3KB, starting at $8,500, is an idea... )
